Between the Bars of a Jail Cell

I often write poetry, keep a journal, or come up with some philosophical snippet that helps me make sense of the world in which I live.   The following is a diary I kept in jail in 2012. I wrote poetry as well, but most have been lost to time. I salvaged some, but I wrote a heap more when I was unfairly incarcerated in the Spring of 2023.
